Originally from New Orleans, LA, Garrick is a 26 year restaurant veteran with 15 of those years in corporate franchising. Garrick has served in multiple creative and management roles with brands such as Raising Cane's, Smoothie King, ServiceMaster, and most recently serving as Director of Franchise Operations with The Salad Station – a regional franchise brand founded in 2012 in Hammond, LA. During his time at Salad Station, the brand has grown from seven locations to 26, with five more franchise locations set to open this year in Texas, Arkansas, and Tennessee. Salad Station focuses on gourmet, fully customizable salad creations that the guest builds themselves choosing from over 100 fresh, healthy ingredients.
