As founder of HotBox Pizza LLC and HotBox Pizza Franchising LLC, Gabe brings a Butler University MBA to the mix of a company that he started with a single downtown Indianapolis store in 2004. Over the years, HotBox Pizza has grown to 22 locations throughout Central Indiana.
In 2017, Gabe was recognized by the Indiana State DECA Chapter as the recipient of the Outstanding Business Partner Award for his efforts in helping high school students pursue interests in business education. Additionally, Gabe was named the 2017 Champion of the Year by the Indiana Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. He lives in Carmel, Indiana with his wife, Michelle and their three children.

Mary Kay has over 24 years of experience with Pizza Factory, including many years as a Pizza Factory Franchisees. Her and her husband opened their first Pizza Factory in 1997. In 2012, Mary Kay joined the Pizza Factory Inc corporate team as Director of Marketing.
