Ichor Restaurant Group CEO: 'Technology touches all aspects of our business'

Technology has changed all aspects of the restaurant business, according to Brian Bailey, co-founder of Ichor Restaurant Group, parent company of  three fast casual brands — Old Carolina Barbecue Company, Baja West Coast Kitchen and Smoke the Burger Joint.

During an interview at the Fast Casual Executive Summit, Bailey discussed the importance of vetting the variety of technologies now available to help run restaurant businesses. 

"You need all of them," he said. "You do, but you gotta figure out which one is going to help you save the money."
