Carin Stutz, COO of Red Robin, chatted wth Tim Tang of Hughes about how the chain handles customers' evolving needs, which includes a push for technology.
"I love that they think about the guests first. I don't think it's about them feeling clumsy with the technology, but I think they're really consciously thinking about that interaction with the guests, and that's admirable for this generation," Stutz said during the interview at the 2018 Restaurant Franchisee Innovation Summit in Louisville,Kentucky.
