I'm your new site editor here at QSRweb! I've been in the pizza industry for almost two decades. That's a lot of pizza. I spent 14 years with a national pizza print publication and tradeshow traveling and eating pizza for a living. That means I get asked where the best pizza is a lot. (For the record, that's a subjective question, but the best pizza I ever had was in a historic shop in Brooklyn).

As managing editor here at Networld Media Group, I strive to bring a level of professionalism and objectivity to the restaurant industry.

It's an ever-changing field, from new technology making point-of-sales easier than ever to creative menu items designed to bring in the happy masses. I love learning about the QSRsphere and the challenges facing brands and franchisees today.
