Nik Gripton is a 20-year multi-unit franchise operator and the founder of Real Operations, LLC. She currently serves as Director of Operations for 15 store locations across two franchisee entities and three national QSR snack brands. Her expertise spans inventory management, cost control, staff training, and systems building for multi-location operations.
