Shortly after revoking its major franchise company’s ownership rights, Baskin-Robbins Australia is putting the pieces back into place to start anew. That includes operations being taken over by Dunkin’ Brands, headquartered in Massachusetts, and the appointment of Ian Martin as general manager of Australia/New Zealand.
According to Franchising Magazine, Martin has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, including with Burger King and Yum! Brands.
Martin’s duties will include building franchisee relationships to grow the brand throughout Australia.
