Bojangles makes a move in the chicken sandwich war

Bojangles is debuting a hand-breaded chicken sandwich called Bo's Chicken Sandwich that features a zesty mayo and thick-cut dill pickles, according to a press release.
The move comes as QSRs battle for the hearts and pocketbooks of chicken sandwich fans.
"Bojangles knows a thing or two about delicious, perfectly flavored chicken served right, so who better to give fans a chicken sandwich that is sure to please," Chef Marshall Scarborough, vice president of menu and culinary innovation for Bojangles, said in a press release. "And we can say with confidence that Bo's Chicken Sandwich is so cluckin' good you know it could only be Bojangles."
Bojangles Inc., founded in 1977 in Charlotte, North Carolina, has approximately 760 systemwide restaurants in 14 states.
