That spicy cream and cheddar-cheese concoction, known as pimento cheese — after the namesake cherry peppers that dot the spread — is back at Bojangles' as an LTO, according to a news release.
"We've heard our fans' pimento pleas, and their wish is our command, so we've brought pimento cheese back with even more ways to enjoy," Bojangles' Vice President of Menu and Culinary Innovation Chef Marshall Scarborough, said in the release.
The brand first debuted the snappy light orange cheese spread last July and now offers it in 15-ounce tubs to spread on sandwiches or biscuits. But pimento paramours can also get the stuff in Bojangles new pimento cheese sauce to be dribbled over seasoned fries, added to macaroni 'n cheese or used to dip the brand's Chicken Supremes or Homestyle Tenders in.
Charlotte, North Carolina-based Bojangles' has 750 system-wide restaurants in 11 states.
