Bojangles teams up with ezCater to launch catering service

Bojangles has partnered with ezCater, a food for work technology company in the U.S., to offer catering services, according to a press release.

Customers across Bojangles' footprint can place catering orders through ezCater for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The service includes convenient delivery and pick-up options, allowing customers to feed large groups for various occasions.

"Since Bojangles started in 1977, our brand has been synonymous with bringing people together over delicious, home-cooked food. That's truly what 'It's Bo Time' is all about," Sergio Perez, Bojangles' senior director of omnichannel initiatives, said in the press release. "We're there for our fans and customers on all occasions, and now we've made sharing Bojangles' famous chicken, biscuits and tea even easier with ezCater."

This marks Bojangles' first official company-wide catering venture, though select franchisees previously offered similar services. The move highlights Bojangles' commitment to making its food accessible for gatherings of all kinds. The catering menu features popular breakfast items like biscuits and Bo Rounds, alongside lunch and dinner staples like fried chicken, sandwiches, fixings and Bojangles' Legendary Iced Tea.

"We are thrilled to support Bojangles in launching their catering program and look forward to sending them large, incremental orders from workplaces across the country," Michelle Smart, chief customer care officer at ezCater, added in the press release. "They are sure to be a big hit with our customers. What could be better than bringing your team together over a platter of their delicious chicken biscuits?"

Bojangles has approximately 800 company-owned and franchised restaurants.
