Bonus points for Jack in the Box

Jack in the Box has brought back its Bonus Jack, complete with its secret sauce. The burger originally debuted in the 1970s.

The Bonus Jack features two beef patties topped with two slices of American cheese, lettuce and pickle, and is served on a triple-decker bun.

For a limited time, Jack in the Box will offer the Bonus Jack as part of a combo meal with fries and a drink for $3.99.

"This is a big burger and hearty meal at a very retro price," said Tammy Bailey, division vice president of menu marketing and promotions for Jack in the Box Inc. "Our guests today can now experience a popular blast from Jack's past and a value-priced combo meal that is particularly appealing to those on a tight budget."

Jack in the Box also offered the Bonus Jack last fall for a limited time.
