Burger King makes holiday flight delays 'Impossible' ... kinda

Burger King is turning the inevitable into the "Impossible" this holiday travel season, when its Delay Your Way promises to give flight-delayed travelers free Impossible Whoppers, beginning today through Dec. 30 when customers enter delayed flight info into the BK app. 

The offer applies to travelers at all airports in the U.S. who — once they enter their  flight information — will automatically get a coupon for a free Impossible Whopper redeemable at any U.S. location of the chain, according to a news release.

The plant-based burgers are being given free to such delayed travelers at a rate of one per guest, at least while supplies last. And the coupon isn't valid in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, the release said.
