Miami-based Canopee Tech has appointed Bruno Lo-Re as chairman and president as the restaurant technology company enters its next phase of growth.

Denolle, who has experience in the QSR technology industry, founded Canopee Tech with a focus on making restaurant technology more flexible, efficient and affordable.

The appointment brings Lo-Re and Denolle back together after the two previously worked together in the technology industry.

Lo-Re brings experience scaling international technology businesses serving major brands, as well as experience in the restaurant industry. His responsibilities at Canopee Tech will include helping scale the organization and technology platform as the company expands internationally.
