Caribou Coffee is adding green salads, wraps, pasta salads, snack boxes and fruit to its menu.

Caribou Coffee is adding green salads, wraps, pasta salads, snack boxes and fruit to its menu.

"We know that Caribou Coffee guests are looking for a variety of healthy and convenient foods with high-quality ingredients to fuel their day – whether they are on the go or relaxing in one of our coffeehouses," said Eric Hughes, senior director of product development at Caribou Coffee, in a company press release. "Food innovation is extremely important to us and we want to provide our guests with food that is just as great as our coffee."

The new products include: Garden and Chicken Caesar Salads, Chicken Caesar and Turkey BLT Wraps, Fruit & Cracker and Egg, Fruit & Cheese Snack Boxes and fruit.

Caribou Coffee also rolled out new baked goods in February and toasted lunch sandwiches in March.
