Carl's Jr. in beef with Jack in the Box over ad

MSNBC: CKE Restaurants Inc., the parent company of the Carl's Jr. and Hardee's fast food chains, is suing Jack In The Box Inc. over television ads the company says suggest Carl's Jr. and Hardee's use cow anus to make Angus beef hamburgers.
CKE says the ads create the false impression that Jack In The Box's 100 percent sirloin burgers use a better quality of meat than that used by Carl's Jr. and Hardee's.
