Carvel... America's Freshest Ice Cream is celebrating National Ice Cream Day July 21 with discounted 99-cent junior cones.

Those who "like" Carvel on Facebook will receive a printable coupon for the promotion. Guests can choose from vanilla, chocolate or twist soft-serve ice cream.

Also, through Aug. 18, guests can pick up Oreo Ice Cream Cakes starting at $9.99 at participating shoppes. These cakes are available in new flavors: Classic Oreo and Mint, along with Cappuccino and Peanut Butter for special orders.
