Checkers, Rally's choose Mobivity for mobile CX

Checkers and Rally's have partnered with Mobivity for mobile customer engagement across the QSR's more than 875 stores nationwide, a news release said.

 The brands will use Mobivity's Reach to send mobile offers to customers via SMS texting, allowing the brands to reach customers at their moment of choice and boost visit frequency and spend. 

"Leveraging data, personalization, and attribution are top priorities for our digital marketing strategy and Mobivity's Recurrency platform uniquely blends these capabilities into one cohesive platform for mobile engagement and increased guest frequency, " the brands' Vice President of Digital Marketing and Guest Experience Jason Carrigan said in the release. 

Using next generation machine learning technology, Mobivity has ingested and analyzed billions of full basket brick-and-mortar POS transactions 40,000 global restaurant locations, to execute its customer experience programs, including promotions and other offers. 

"Leveraging data to ensure consumers are engaged with the right message at the right time is essential in attaining high returns on marketing spend and increasing guest frequency," Mobivity Chairman and CEO Dennis Becker said in the release.
