Chick-fil-A expands Spicy Chick-n-Strips test to more cities

Chick-fil-A's Chick-n-Strips are now being tested in three more cities along with the Spicy Chickn-n-Strips Biscuit menu item.

The expanded menu test is taking place in Tampa, Chicago and cities in Central Texas, according to a press release.

The entrée first debuted in 2017 when the brand tested in select stores, including locations in Arizona.

In order to move the option onto the menu the brand is removing Original Chick-n-Strips, the grilled cool wrap and side salad from participating restaurants in Tampa, Charlotte, Chicago, Central Texas and Arizona.

"Why so much change? Our goal is to serve quality food as efficiently as possible. For us to continue providing the food and service you know and love, we are testing this modified menu to see if it improves your experience in our restaurants, " said in the release.

The brand is seeking feedback on both the traditional menu items and new test options and has a special web portal to solicit comments.
