Now that Halloween is officially over, Chick-fil-A is shifting gears in preparation for the holidays. The chain has brought back its Peppermint Chocolate Chip milkshake for the season, and has released its new 2011 Cow Calendar.
The calendar, titled "The Cows of Reality TV: You Can't Script the Fight Against Burgers," pays homage to popular reality television shows. Each month features cows starring in themes such as "Boogyin' with the Bovines," a dance competition, and "The Beefcake," a dating show.
The calendars, which also include monthly food and beverage offers, are available for purchase at any Chick-fil-A restaurant or online at www.chick-fil-a.com, and are $6 plus tax. They will be sold through early January.
The milkshake, back by popular demand, is hand-spun with Chick-fil-A's homestyle "Icedream" and topped with light whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. They're available in 14- or 20-ounce cups and cost $2.55 and $2.95, respectively.
The shake was first introduced during the 2008 holiday season.
