Chorizo stars in Cousins LTOs

A spicy, porky chorizo is the signature item in the new Cousins Subs LTOs, which include a chorizo chicken and a chorizo ham sub, according to a news release.

Both subs include Johnsonville chorizo slices, tomatoes, onions, Wisconsin pepper Jack cheese, lettuce and chipotle mayo on Italian bread.

"We wanted to provide our guests with a savory menu option that is packed with local flavor and spice," said Justin McCoy, vice president of marketing at Cousins Subs.

The two menu additions are available until Dec. 26, according to the announcement.
