Church's Chicken has upped its digital game, choosing Austin, Texas-based T3, as its "digital innovation partner" and adding a former social media marketing executive to direct its media efforts, a news release said.
Sarah Minton was named senior director of media for the brand, coming to the company from her former responsibility as vice president and social media director for Publicis Media UNIT3C, where she specialized in connecting brands to consumers in real-time "shared space" environments.
T3 is an award-winning digital media concern that the brand said it chose for its capabilities in personalized social engagement and measurable results.
"Their digital first approach integrates tightly with the enhancements we've been making in 2019 to drive awareness and brand relevance with both core customers and a new generation of guests who are constantly connected, crave convenience, and have higher expectations around a brand's digital experience," Church's CMO Brian Gies said in the release.
Minton said that with the brands digital ordering platform, Church's To-Go, its locations can provide diners with direct ordering. That brand capability, she said, will also drive smarter data-driven decisions about media placement and other key functions.
"As consumer behavior and the media landscape continue to evolve at a rapid pace, these right resources are right-timed to continue the forward momentum of our business growth," Gies said.
