Church's Texas Chicken selects PAR Punchh for loyalty program

Church's Texas Chicken has selected ParTech Inc.'s PAR Punchh loyalty program to bring guests closer to exclusive rewards and offers, according to a press release.

"PAR Punchh has consistently demonstrated the ability to quickly implement comprehensive loyalty solutions that meet the dynamic needs of large-scale operations for our brand,"Jessica Wu-McConnell, VP of digital and loyalty at Church's Texas Chicken. "Their responsive support and proven scalability were key factors in our decision, ensuring a smooth and efficient launch of our loyalty initiatives."

PAR Punchh's platform will empower Church's Texas Chicken to streamline offer management and implement a full loyalty program to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Savneet Singh, CEO of PAR, said working with Church's Texas Chicken strengthens their connection with fans and sets them apart from competition in the QSR space.

Church's Real Rewards has launched at all of the chicken chain's U.S. locations. Members receive a free 2-piece Leg & Thigh or a three-piece Tenders for signing up and can redeem points for nearly anything on the menu.

Church's Texas Chicken and its sister brand, Texas Chicken, have more than 1,500 locations in 23 countries and global markets.
