Coffee subscription app launched in NYC

A new mobile app called Cups, created by an Israeli startup company, has launched in New York City. According to the NRF, Cups has partnered with 40 independent coffee shops in the city to allow users to pay a monthly subscription fee for a specified number of drinks.

Cups also offers x-amount of cups for y-amount of money deals, for lighter users.

The NRF said the company is offering an “unlimited’’ option for $45 a month for coffee and tea options. For $85 a month, users can add lattes, iced coffees and other espresso-based beverages.
