Cottage Inn Pizza gets set to grow in NC

Cottage Inn Pizza is opening the doors of aGreensboro, North Carolina, location today with plans for five more sites in the area in the next four years, a news release said. Over the next 10 years, the Greensboro franchisee, Steve Alie, plans to sell the rights to 15 more stores to qualified franchisees throughout the Carolinas.

The store opening today is on the University of North Carolina Greensboro campus at 427 Tate Street. Grand opening festivities are set for 2 to 6 p.m. on May 12, when each customer will receive a free medium one-topping pizza. For each free pizza, Alie will contribute $1 to Grimsley High School.

Alie owns two Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina franchises as well as a Chop Fresh Salad Company location in Detroit. Cottage Inn has more than 50 locations in the U.S.
