Couple seeks to re-open Mrs. Winner's Chicken & Biscuits

A husband and wife team, Rachel and Poul Pederson, are partnering with the Memphis community to re-open Mrs. Winner's Chicken & Biscuits. The couple plans to raise $30,000 in order to fund the effort.

"We are crowdfunding a Mrs. Winner's restaurant because we believe in the power of hard work, the entrepreneurial spirit, faith and the American Dream, which are all philosophies that mirror the Mrs. Winner's brand," said Rachel Pedersen, in a release.
