Cousins Subs has selected Olo to launch its new mobile and online ordering platform. The platform also includes customized catering and group orders, and offers guests the ability to order ahead and skip the line.
"The new platform provides us with the flexibility and customization options we need in order to enhance our relationship with our loyal customers and take ordering to the next level," Justin McCoy, Cousins’ VP of Marketing, said in a news release.
The new site also provides a seamless transition between the brand site and ordering channels.
"We are excited to launch with Cousins Subs and help enhance their customer experience," said Olo founder/CEO Noah Glass. "With some of our clients seeing boosts in average ticket sizes of up to 25 percent, we look forward to the value enhanced group ordering will add to Cousins’ clients."
The platform is available in Cousins’ stores across Arizona, Florida, Minnesota and Wisconsin and is available through the brand’s website and via a mobile app for both iOS and Android.
