Del Taco boxes up a deal ... or two, or four

Mexican QSR, Del Taco is focusing squarely on value in its newly introduced Fresh Faves Box Meals, featuring four boxed offerings under $6 each, according to a news release. 

Options all include value fries and a small drink, as well as two tacos in the $4 Value Taco Box, a grilled chicken street taco and half-pound bean & cheese burrito, all the way to two $6 offerings including Del's Favorites Box with the Del taco and grilled chicken taco or the triple chicken box with two grilled chicken tacos and a chicken quesadilla Snacker. 

"For Del Taco, value means offering guests an unbeatable combination of freshly prepared, crave-able items served at a price that's less than the national competition," Del Taco CMO Barry Westrum, said in the release. "We created these boxes based on demand from our guests, loading them up with our most popular products, not fillers, including our famous crinkle-cut fries.
 
Del Taco now serves more than three million guests each week at its 580 restaurants across 14 states.
