Del Taco debuts Ultimate Grilled Chicken Burrito

Del Taco has unveiled its Ultimate Grilled Chicken Burrito, which features chicken marinated in a special recipe, zesty red sauce, seasoned rice, lettuce, grated cheddar cheese, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole served on a flour tortilla.

The item is offered at $2.99 or as part of a deal – with small drink and crinkle-cut fries – for $5.79. Del Taco is also offering two-for-$5 Del Classic Chicken Burritos and five Chicken Soft Tacos for $4.95.

"Our grilled marinated chicken has been a fan favorite for a long time because it's cooked fresh in our kitchens," said John Cappasola, Del Taco's chief brand officer. "This freshness, of course, means better quality and lots more flavor. Now, in the new Ultimate Grilled Chicken Burrito, we've packed the best of Del Taco into one menu item."
