Delphi Display Systems Inc. will unveil two new technologies specifically geared toward the QSR industry at FSTEC later this month in New Orleans.
The Insight Track VR+ and Insight Mobile Command Center apps will be released as part of Delphi’s Insight total drive-thru technology platform.
According to a news release, Delphi’s Insight Track VR+ drive-thru speed of service optimization solution utilizes digital cameras and image processing software to detect, track and time vehicles from the time they enter the property until the time they leave. The solution can track multiple vehicles as well as special windows and parking zones for mobile pre-order customers.
The Insight Mobile Command Center smartphone app allows restaurant employees to monitor store speed of service in real time on their phones, and to control in-store dashboards via clicks on their mobile devices.
"The entire industry is talking about how best to interact with mobile-enabled consumers, and we are excited to be meeting that challenge head on," CEO Ken Neeld said in the release. "Our Insight Track VR+ and Mobile Command Center solutions provide our customers with invaluable insight into, and control over, their drive-thru operations."
