Dunkin' Brands Group names former Marriott exec to top legal spot

March 11, 2019

Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins parent, Dunkin' Brands Group, has named David Mann as senior vice president and chief legal officer. He replaces Rich Emmett, who is retiring from his role of chief legal and human resources officer, according to a press release.

Mann was most recently senior vice president and deputy general counsel at Marriott International, where he played a key role in helping to transform and expand the company's product offerings and global footprint.

"A seasoned legal executive with extensive global management experience, David's legal acumen, dedication to talent development and deep understanding of the franchised business model will be invaluable to us as we continue to drive our brands forward around the world," Dunkin' Brands CEO and Dunkin' U.S. President Dave Hoffmann said in the release.
