Dunkin' Donuts names new loyalty marketing firm

Dunkin' Donuts has hired Publicus Groupe's Digitas to head up its loyalty marketing duties. The Boston-based agency's portfolio also includes American Express and Delta.

According to Ad Age, Dunkin' Donuts is working with Digitas to enhance the chain's loyalty strategy.

"Dunkin' Donuts is a daily ritual for many of our guests and we're dedicated to offering them a program that celebrates and rewards their passion for the brand," said Dave Tryder, director of interactive and relationship marketing.

According to the Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index, Dunkin' Donuts is the No. 1 coffee company for customer loyalty.

Dunkin' Donuts launched its first national loyalty program, DD Perks Rewards, in April.
