Dunkin' Donuts' SweetLife campaign wins award

Dunkin' Donuts' and American Express' promotional "SweetLife" online video campaign, created by Branding Shorts, has won a 2011 Telly Award.

Founded in 1978, the Telly Award recognizes creative excellence in TV commercials, non-broadcast video and TV programs from ad agencies, production companies and TV stations around the world.

Created to promote the Dunkin' Donuts and American Express "SweetLife Sweepstakes," the online video campaign used real people and a grassroots approach to generate excitement during the February sweepstakes. The video campaign introduced the promotion with a "Something Sweet Is Brewing" teaser and followed with a "The SweetLife Is Here" launch video. The videos were used as a marketing tool on websites, including You Tube, Facebook, Twitter and Yahoo; on trolleys and other venues.

Branding Shorts is an award-winning boutique production company co-founded in 2008 by veteran ad/marketing duo, Micki Pagano and Tony Parente.
