El Pollo Loco has dropped its agency, Goodness Mfg, after just 10 months.
Rick Eiserman, CEO of the Los Angeles-based independent agency, told Ad Age that the split stemmed from "creative and strategic differences."
A new review is expected to take place to find a replacement.
El Pollo Loco tapped a new chief marketing officer, Ed Valle, in October. Within the past year, the chain also has named a new vice president of research & development, a new chief operating officer and Steve Sather as its new CEO.
The 400-unit El Pollo Loco, headquartered in Costa Mesa, Calif., spent about $14 million on U.S. measured media.
