El Pollo Loco opens 90-seater in Santa Rosa

El Pollo Loco opened a Santa Rosa, California, location this week on Cleveland Avenue, under the ownership of franchisee, Napa Pollo Inc. 

"Santa Rosa is an amazing community and an ideal fit for the El Pollo Loco brand as we continue to expand and lay down our roots in Northern California," Napa Pollo co-owner Manuel Perales, said in the release.

The 2,995-square-foot Santa Rosa store seats 90 inside and on the patio and sports the brand's hacienda design with an open kitchen.

"Manuel and the Napa Pollo team have been a remarkable asset to our company and have played an integral role in driving El Pollo Loco's growth over the last 18 years," El Pollo Loco Senior Vice President of Operations Gus Siade said in the release. 

The chicken chain has more than 475 stores in Arizona, California, Nevada, Texas, Utah and Louisiana.
