El Pollo Loco to offer three new dishes, sweet desserts

El Pollo Loco customers now have even more menu options to choose from with the introduction of three new limited-time items.

The items include:

  • The Carne Asada Plate features citrus-marinated, flame-grilled carne asada served with Spanish rice, pinto beans, warm tortillas and fresh salsa.
  • The new Mixed Grill Plate features carne asada and a chicken leg or thigh served with Spanish rice, pinto beans, warm tortillas and fresh salsa.
  • The Chicken Tamales are served with a Colorado sauce; the plate includes Spanish rice, pinto beans and fresh salsa.

Also, in collaboration with these three new plate options, El Pollo Loco is bringing back a popluar family meal offer. For a limited time, when customers purchase an El Pollo Loco Flame-Grilled Feast, they will receive a free 16-ounce bundt cake.

The Feast is available in a 9-piece or 14-piece meal and comes with the choice of two large sides, or three large sides for the 14-piece. Customers can also choose between the chocolate fudge bundt and the Dulce de Leche cake. Individual sizes of the chocolate fudge cake are available for $1.

"Our Flame-Grilled Feast offers fresh, delicious food people can feel good serving their families, and because it offers a sweet reward, there's no need for families watching their budget to sacrifice dessert."
