HiHo opened a unit in Santa Monica on July 26, according to a press release. The burger concept only serves 100 percent grass-fed Wagyu beef, which is free of GMOs, hormones and antibiotics.
"There are a lot of places to get a burger, but we are confident no one uses the quality meat that we serve," Matt Levin, HiHo co-founder, said in the release. "With the beef as the star, we are very excited to serve our cheeseburgers, shakes, fries and pies to our new guests in Santa Monica."
