Hot Dog on a Stick hosting $1 promotional day

Hot Dog on a Stick is hosting $1 Hot Dog Day in celebration of what would be its founder Dave Barham's 100th birthday. The event will be held on June 13 from 4-8 p.m. at all company locations.

"Dave Barham strived to stick a smile on every customer's face, and we are commemorating him and his vision with 100-cent Hot Dogs on a Stick in honor of his 100th birthday," said Laurie Sonia, executive vice president. "We are excited to celebrate our founder's legacy by offering a special deal for our customers."

Founded in 1946 in Muscle Beach, Calif., by Barham, Hot Dog on a Stick has grown to 100 locations across the U.S.
