ICC launches Temp Minder line

October 13, 2009

Integrated Control Corp., a global leader in the field of food service technology solutions, is debuting its state-of-the art 2010 Temp Minder. The ICC Temp Minder is a wireless automated system for the foodservice industry that accurately, efficiently and continuously monitors critical cold or hot food temperatures.

The Temp Minder instantly alerts operators of problems like open doors, faulty equipment and power outages by audible alarm on-site and through text message or e-mail remotely. The solution also collects data without a PC and provides data logs, charts and graphs that can be viewed globally via the Internet.

For 2010, the line will include the all-new Coffee Minder sensors and indicators that assure the product is always fresh. Also new to the line will be Kitchen Minder LP, a tool to manage prepared food for serving.

"The purpose of the Integrated Control Corporation Temp Minder system is to help any area of the foodservice industry increase food safety, food preservation, HACCP compliance and productivity while minimizing food loss," said Roberta Vaccaro Salerno, CEO and president of ICC.

ICC will debut the Temp Minder at the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center, booth No. 178, Oct. 20 - 23.
