In and Out VP cannot sue to get his job back

Orange County Register: A former In-N-Out Burger executive cannot force the Irvine chain to reinstate his job and must remove statements in his lawsuit that air the "dirty laundry" of top company leaders. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled that Richard Boyd – fired as a vice president of the chain in January – can't sue In-N-Out "to take him back." However, he can pursue civil damages, and other claims made in his lawsuit.
