International DQ moves HQ
International Dairy Queen Inc. is moving its Minnesota-based franchisee support center from Edina to Bloomington early next year, a news release said.
The new 50,000-square-foot space at Normandale Towers in suburban Minneapolis will include a test kitchen, collaborative spaces and updated technology.
"We're very pleased to continue our presence as an employer of choice in the Twin Cities and look forward to providing excellent service for our franchisees and fans well into the future," IDQ President and CEO Troy Bader said in the release. "The decision to move our franchisee support center to the Normandale Towers highlights our focus on providing our employees with the tools they need to continue growing the Dairy Queen brand and our franchisees' business."
The company is working with Minneapolis-based HGA Architects and Engineers to design the new space.
