KFC wins loyalty and engagement awards for Singapore business

KFC won several awards at the Marketing Excellence Awards and Loyalty & Engagement Awards in Singapore.

At the Marketing Excellence Awards, KFC won:

  • Gold for Excellence in Consumer Insights/market Research
  • Silver for Excellence in Direct Marketing category

At the Loyalty & Engagement Awards, KFC won:

  • Silver for Best CRM Strategy
  • Silver for Best Use of Consumer Insights & Analytics

Additionally, KFC's agency, Capillary Technologies, was also recognized as the Relationship Marketing Agency of the Year at the Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2014 for its work.

"Consumers are more empowered than ever, and it is critical that businesses be in-step with their customer's needs, habits and preferences. Customer engagement is the cornerstone of success in today's retail world, and these awards are a testimony to KFC's efforts in engaging with our customers in the right way," said Virginia Ng, KFC's senior marketing director, in a news release.

In partnership with Capillary, KFC is now leveraging the Lifecycle Marketing solution to align its resources and capabilities around brand promotions, analytics, loyalty-focused campaign management and "triggering" the right message at the right time to meet the brand objectives, the release said.
