Additionally, KFC's agency, Capillary Technologies, was also recognized as the Relationship Marketing Agency of the Year at the Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2014 for its work.

Customer engagement is the cornerstone of success in today's retail world, and these awards are a testimony to KFC's efforts in engaging with our customers in the right way," said Virginia Ng, KFC's senior marketing director, in a news release.
In partnership with Capillary, KFC is now leveraging the Lifecycle Marketing solution to align its resources and capabilities around brand promotions, analytics, loyalty-focused campaign management and "triggering" the right message at the right time to meet the brand objectives, the release said.
