Restaurant scheduling and workforce management platform 7shifts has announced its integration with cloud-based POS, Koomi.
The integration combines real-time sales data from Koomi with 7 shift's scheduling and labor management tools without the need for manual uploads or spreadsheets, according to a press release.
"Koomi and 7Shifts are a great match in giving our quick-service customers the ability to forecast and manage appropriate staff requirements, which is one of the largest problems for quick-service restaurants today'' Koomi CEO Kevin Conabree said in the release. ''Any scheduling or staff issues can now be optimized so restaurants can focus on serving customers faster than ever."
7shifts CEO Jordan Boesch said he believes the integration gives QSRs more bang for their buck.
"Like Koomi, we believe that restaurateurs thrive when they have access to interoperable systems that provide them with the insights they need to reduce costs and increase labor profitability," Boesch said in the release.
The integration allows restaurateurs to do the following:
7shifts has more than 210,000 restaurant workers across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Australia. Koomi is a cloud-based QSR and fast casual POS.
