Krispy Kreme doubling dozens

The date of 12/12 is rolling around again, and Krispy Kreme is offering its own version by giving anyone who buys a dozen doughnuts at their regular price another dozen original glazed doughnuts for a $1 more, according to a news release.

The longtime chain has numerous seasonal doughnuts to add to the mix, including Festive Tree and Present doughnuts, as well as the Santa Belly version. Krispy Kreme's Day of the Dozens offer is limited to two per customer at participating shops across the U.S.

Krispy Kreme is based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and has nearly 1,400 retail shops in 33 countries.
