The editors of QSRWeb.com are compiling an annual report covering the state of the QSR industry and need your help to ensure they provide an accurate overview.

Click here to answer the survey, which polls restaurant operators and marketers about everything from how they use technology and what's on the menu to marketing trends and what they are doing to improve their businesses.

"It's always helpful to our readers to learn from one another," said Travis Wagoner, editor of QSRWeb.com. "We expect health care and minimum wage issues to top this year's list of concerns, but what's really interesting is to learn how operators will actually address those concerns. We expect to uncover a few surprises along the way, of course."
