CHICAGO — McDonald's Corp. director Anne-Marie Slaughter is resigning, the Oak Brook-based company said in a regulatory filing. She has been a member of the board since 2004. No further details about why Slaughter is leaving the board were provided. A company representative wasn't available for comment. Slaughter, listed on the Princeton University Web site as dean of its Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, is one of two women on the 13-person McDonald's board, according to its latest proxy.
