McDonald's finds trans-fat solution

ChicagoTribune: Following months of secret tests, Oak Brook, Ill.-based McDonald's Corp. announced it has found a suitable trans-fat-free oil. The company plans to have the healthier blend in use in all of its 13,700 U.S. restaurants by early 2008.
