McDonald's inks exclusive drive-thru agreement in China

Globe Investor: McDonald's Corp. has signed an exclusive 20-year agreement with Chinese oil firm Sinopec to build drive-thru restaurants at its petrol stations. Sinopec has about 30,000 petrol stations in China.
McDonald's has pushed to set up drive-thru restaurants in China in a bid to cash in on a rapid rise in car ownership. The Oak Brook, Ill.-based fast-food chain already has 16 drive-thru locations operating at petrol stations in China.
