McDonald's names Cargill as oil supplier

MINNEAPOLIS/ ST. PAUL BUSINESS JOURNAL: McDonald's Corp. has named Minnetonka, Minn.-based Cargill Inc. as its supplier of trans fat-free cooking oil. The healthier blend is already in use in about 1,200 McDonald's restaurants around the country.
