McDonald’s is ready to remedy the bitterness of winter mornings. The quick-service chain will debut oatmeal at its 14,000 U.S. restaurants in early January.
The fruit and maple oatmeal will be available all day and comes with (290 calories) or without (260 calories) sugar. It also will come with a half-cup of fruit, including apples, cranberries and raisins. The oatmeal will sell for a suggested $1.99.
McDonald’s began testing oatmeal in the Washington D.C., and Baltimore markets earlier this year.
