McDonald's teams up with NFL for Rush Zone Happy Meals

November 18, 2013

McDonald's has partnered with the NFL to offer "NFL Rush Zone" Happy Meals, featuring toys inspired by Nickelodeon's "NFL Rush Zone: Season of the Guardians" TV Show.

According to Ad Age, the toys include 32 figures representing each of the NFL's teams, and will be available through Dec. 12.

McDonald's signed a multi-year deal to become the NFL's official restaurant sponsor last season. The chain leveraged this partnership with its Mighty Wings marketing campaign that featured San Francisco 49ers Quarterback Colin Kaepernick, and Baltimore Ravens Quarterback Joe Flacco.
